Operations Enabler.
I build systems that eliminate wasted work and move retail performance metrics - fast. I combine shop-floor reality with HQ delivery: I turn ambiguity into executable playbooks, dashboards, and automations that teams actually use. Currently in Lidl France HQ (Efficiency & Performance), focused on measurable impact: time saved, revenue uplift, and operational reliability.

Adrien Guert
Operations Enabler
Strategy meets execution.
I don't "optimize processes" on slides - I ship tools and routines that improve field execution. My focus: performance levers, measurable impact, and fast deployment across retail teams.
With over 6 years at Lidl France, my journey started on the shop floor. The Store Manager position taught me the rigor of a P&L, team leadership, and the operational realities of retail.
Today at Lidl France HQ (Efficiency & Performance), I work on performance improvement by identifying concrete levers, quantifying impact, and translating HQ priorities into in-store reality - with the shortest path from insight to execution.
Metrics over rhetoric.

International Program - Finance & Strategy
Two countries. One mindset.
International exposure that shaped how I think, work, and communicate.
Before HQ, I went out. Toronto sharpened my English and my adaptability. New York showed me how ambition operates at full speed. Between Niagara Falls, Manhattan, and the NYSE trading floor, I built the international instincts I use every day at Lidl.

What my professors say.
Mr. Guert stood out from the other students with his observations and quick response time to answer complicated questions. He broke complex thoughts down with little effort and asked probing questions throughout the course. I have no doubt that he will become a very valuable member of any team he joins simply because he can communicate so well.
