With 7 years at Lidl France, my journey started on the shop floor. Progressing from store operations to head office project management taught me the rigor of a P&L, team leadership, and the operational realities of large-scale retail.
Today at Lidl France HQ (Efficiency & Performance), I lead strategic and technology change initiatives - from Google Workspace migration with custom Apps Scripts to Python automation rollouts - driving organization and work transformation, workflow optimization, and seamless adoption across the network.

Lidl HQ Efficiency & Performance needed faster and more consistent performance reporting during the Microsoft-to-Google transition.
Problem
Monthly figures were previously available around the 15th, limiting timely performance animation.
Solution
JavaScript / HTML / Google Apps Script workflows sourcing operational data, generating charts, analysis and Google Slides.

Project Manager - Operations & Performance
At Lidl France HQ, I actively drive the Efficiency & Performance team’s Microsoft 365 to Google Workspace transition. I rebuild KPI reporting and performance animation workflows with JavaScript, HTML and Google Apps Script, connecting operational data sources including Snowflake-type datasets to automated Google Slides presentations with charts and analysis. Monthly performance reporting moved from roughly the 15th of the following month to the 1st, improving speed, reliability, consistency and decision cadence.
Store Manager
Led daily operations in a high-volume retail environment, managing 35–45 employees across scheduling, training, performance follow-up, and compliance. Delivered +5% revenue vs target through KPI discipline and team coaching. Drove continuous improvement through structured audits and corrective action plans.
